In most instances, the school covers all or at least a part of the registration fee.  Sometimes the registration fee is paid by the parent or a cooperating organization. The all-volunteer Virginia committee raises the additional state seminar expenses for room & board, copies & postage, and program supplies from generous sponsorships from the private sector, service organizations, and individuals.
