The HOBY Virginia Board of Directors (BOD) generally consists of 22 members who assist in areas of fundraising, recruitment, public relations, seminar planning, alumni engagement and corporate compliance. We meet quarterly in Richmond, Virginia. Annual elections are held every June with Executive Committee positions every other June.
