The Virginia HOBY Alumni Association is growing in popularity daily. The purpose of the Alumni Association is as follows:

• To promote and support the mission, purpose and goals of Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership and the Virginia Leadership Seminar, Inc.
• To provide continuing opportunities for education, leadership and fellowship for alumni of HOBY’s Seminar and Community Leadership Workshop (CLEW) programs.
• To promote and coordinate participation of member clubs in projects that support the goals of Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership and the Sponsoring Corporation.
• To strengthen and extend the Association through the establishment of member clubs that support the programs and policies of the Association, Hugh O’Brian Youth Leadership and the Sponsoring Corporation.
